My favorite place

So we moved into our new home a month ago.  And I have been horrible about posting any photos, just horrible.  I promise to start giving the virtual tour, via blog photos :-)  My status with the move is everything is here, we are unpacked and all the garbage is out of the house including the boxes and packing paper.  I am left with decorating and putting up pictures which takes a lot longer then you might think.  By the time I clean the pictures, nail in the wall, hang it, the baby is hungry, I don't like once I thought was a great place and well I am back at square one.  But tonight I am posting a picture of my favorite place in the house right now.  The picture does not even do justice, but more of a reason to come on over ;-)  This is the stairway coming down from the upstairs to the downstairs.  These are the 5 canvases that I ordered from Kim over the years and have been saving until we got into our house so they would be protected throughout the moves.  The lighting looks great on them and the spot is just PERFECT.  Every time I go to the boys rooms I see these.  I don't know if they are really that great or I am dead tired (probably a lot of both!) but I have been getting a little emotional when I stop to look at them.  And it's a reminder that home is where the boys are.

Soccer Photos

Boston loves Saturday mornings with coach Brent and the whistle.  He is really starting to pick up on the skills, and his little class is totally cute!

Round 2

So it has been 2 weeks since we moved into our new house.  And we are finally catching our breath and watching a little TV at night instead of cleaning and more cleaning.  Well tomorrow we are moving all our stuff from storage.  Part of me is excited as it has been there since we sold our house 9 months ago.  It's like Christmas seeing what I get!  And the other part of me is saying, it's still in the moving category and I will again be looking at a lot of boxes.  I am SO not moving again, like forever again, for the rest of my life.  Done with it.
